How did Dmytro make this hyper-growth in 7 main steps?

𝟭. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁
- Scraped all Product Hunt projects for last 10 years
- Filtered out sites with no updates for last 6+ months. Such projects are like zombie startups
- Got 3,000 potential domains which are actually abandoned
- Left only those where Domain Rating > 30. Left 1,718 domains
- Using a parser and Snov.io to find email addresses of owners
- Got valid contacts for 768 domains
- Sent emails using GMass + Gmail to owners
- Immediately offered price and directly asked if ready to sell
- Got 50 replies
- Profit: bought domain much cheaper than on the market 🔥

𝟮. 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺
- Looked at 11 most successful sites in our topic, analyzed traffic structure
- Found out: most free visitors come not for blogs, but for small online tools (for example, PDF resume generator or YouTube tag picker)

𝟯. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀
- Created dozens of simple tools: PDF summarizer, Instagram description generator, etc
- Everything was free from start, no registration, to attract as many new users as possible on the web site

𝟰. 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗧 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟬 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀
- Built tools on Replit platform – there you can create simple services without programmers
- Made site pages on WordPress
- Used Ahrefs service to collect suitable queries for landing pages
- For each page made clear structure: title, benefits, step-by-step instruction, FAQ, action button
- This helped the site rank better in search results

𝟱. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗘𝗢
- Used Ahrefs service to collect suitable queries for each landing page
- For each page made clear structure

𝟲. 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- Wrote with Claude by Anthropic
- Checked texts for uniqueness and “naturalness” with Grammarly and Go Winston AI, so Google does not think everything is robot-written. Reduced AI-detect to less than 10%

𝟳. 𝗚𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀
- Bought 23 do-follow links to our site from other popular sites. This helped Google see our site as reliable
- Massively placed in AI catalogs:

- Used platforms for press work like HARO and others. Once got a link that on the market would cost $50,000+, almost for free!
